You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Freelancer Obligations

6. Data Contribution

By contributing data through our platform (including voice recordings, images, videos, or other content), you:

• Grant YPAI and its clients a perpetual, worldwide license to use the data for AI training and development
• Confirm you have all necessary rights and consents to provide such data
• Understand the data may be used in commercial AI products and services
• Acknowledge that data may be processed, modified, and combined with other data

7. Payment Terms

Compensation for completed tasks is determined by the specific project requirements. Payment details, including rates and schedules, will be communicated for each project. YPAI reserves the right to withhold payment for work that does not meet quality standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the YPAI platform, including software, designs, and content, remain the property of YPAI. Data contributed by freelancers becomes the property of YPAI or its clients as specified in project agreements.

9. Termination

YPAI may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

YPAI provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
